First order of business;
You need to know the names and jobs of the 6 moogles.
Pomburner = Black Mage (AOE magic damage centered on himself)
Kipp = White Mage (Cure)
Kogi = Archer(Moogle Eye Shot, 2,000 - 2,500 single target damage)
Shaggysong = Bard (Makes other moogles "larger" which removes their abilities and makes them move more slowly, but they melee for 1,000 regardless)
Tailturner = Thief (AOE MP siphon)
Kapa = Marauder (AOE whirlwind)
Koop = Gladiator (Lifesteal on melee hit)
Now that you have memorized their names and jobs, you are ready!
The Party setup we use is:
x 3 Bard
x 2 Whm
x 1 War
x 1 Mnk
x1 blm
Can also replace blm with brd or war or another monk.
Our Kill Order is:
BLM > ARC > BRD > GLD > THF > WHM > MRD > King
Phase 1
* 7 Moogles will Spawn 1-by-1 every 60 seconds.
* No more than 2 moogles should ever be up at one time. If there are then you are probably going to wipe.
* The current moogle you are fighting should have no more than 30% health if the next moogle is up, if this happens you might wipe.
* It is important that no DD/WHM have flashing red hate on any moogles when they dies in phase 1. Hate @ Moogle's death carries over into phase 2. Hate on the BLM doesn't matter because you will be burning him down first anyway. The gld hate will bound around at random regardless of who has hate so a shadowbind rotation on him until he is dead is best.
* Both whms should be nuking in phase 1 and only cure when necessary.
* All 7 Moogles NEED to die before they summon the King otherwise his 2 hour will actually be worth a danm.
* NEVER use Shadowbind in Phase 1 or the Moogles will have a higher resistance to it in phase 2.
Phase 2
* The Moogles will all gather in a circle to summon the king. At this point all DD should already have the BLM targeted so they can begin burning him down right after the Kings 2 hour.
* Do w/e dmg reduction buffs you have. 1 Bard should also throw up Battle Voice.
* The War should have already used Collusion on the BLM and the blm should be casting Flare in the Dead CENTER of all the Moogles (so that flare hits them all and doesn't miss any.). Always face the King to reduce the chance of your casting being interrupted.
* The War should pop Mighty Strikes + Steel Cyclone 2 seconds after the King uses his 2 hour (This is to make sure their dmg immunity is no longer in effect). No one should move or attack until they see both Steel Cyclone and Flare go off.
* At this point the War should have hate on at least 7/8 Moogles (If he/she is worth a shit) and the dd can begin burning down the Moogles using the above kill order.
* WHMs should prioritize their life > All and tanks life > everyone else's.
* The BRDS NEED to keep TP Song on the WAR and the WAR needs to Steel Cyclone as many Moogles as he can w/e it is off CD.
* The other Moogles can call the GLD (Maybe others I don't remember) for help so the BRDS need to pay special attention to him until he is killed. Use a Shadowbind rotation on him so that he isn't running around upsetting people.
* If You see any Moogles get really big just stay the fuck away from them.
* Everyone Needs to STAY AWAY from the MRD (Has a nasty AoE) and the King once the MRD goes down (Doesn't apply to melee on the King.).
* King Moogle absorbs the abilities of all Moogles who fall in phase 2 but he also takes more dmg for each moogle that dies in this phase.
